Champagne Bruyen is a new champagne house created by Grégory Bruyen.
As a wine producer since 2006, he finally achieved his dream in 2018: fully committed to preserving and protecting the environment, he naturally turned organic.
Grégory Bruyen gained a solid background working with Macquart & Bruyen, long-standing wine makers since 1850 and 1920.
These two families hit on the same extraordinary idea of burying their bottles when the tanks arrived in the Second World War,
and then cycling to Paris in 1945 to sell their champagne.
